Bathrooms are redefined through a considered approach to layout, proportion, and detail.
Bathrooms Designed for Everyday Comfort
A bathroom is more than a functional room. It is where the day begins and ends — a place to get ready, recharge and enjoy a moment of calm.
At Office Fitout Professionals Residential, we design and build bathrooms in Perth that balance comfort, practicality and enduring style. Whether you are updating an existing bathroom, undertaking a full renovation or fitting out a new home, we tailor the space to your needs and the way you live.
We work with you to establish a layout, select materials and define the overall direction of the design. Fixtures, finishes and circulation are considered together so the bathroom looks cohesive and works well in practice.
From custom vanities and showers to lighting, storage and surface finishes, each component is planned as part of a unified design.
With design, construction and project coordination managed by our Perth-based team, we guide your project from concept to completion. Clear communication and a coordinated process help carry the design through to the finished space.
The result is a personal retreat that is practical, beautifully resolved and ready to enjoy every day.

A Refined Retreat | Contemporary Bathroom
A calm, considered space shaped by simplicity, comfort and understated elegance.
Soft tones, carefully selected materials and restrained detailing create a serene atmosphere. Clean lines keep the room feeling open, while the interplay of textures adds warmth and visual interest.
The finishes and fittings bring everyday practicality together with a timeless aesthetic, turning a functional room into a welcoming place to unwind.
The result is a composed bathroom where contemporary design and everyday comfort work in harmony.
Texture, Light and Contemporary Design
This bathroom pairs distinctive materials with a restrained palette to create a contemporary space with warmth and character.
Terrazzo-effect tiles define the shower area and continue across the floor, creating visual continuity and adding texture. Their varied pattern contrasts with the lighter wall surfaces, warm neutral tones and suspended taupe vanity, balancing visual interest with simplicity.
Matte black fittings and clear glass shower screens add crisp definition, while timber accents and warm lighting soften the overall look. The rounded mirror introduces a gentle contrast to the room’s clean lines.
The result is a bright, practical bathroom with a considered mix of texture, contrast and comfort.
Bathroom Vanity
Natural Materials, Clean Lines
This bathroom vanity combines simple geometry, natural timber and understated detailing for a look that feels both current and enduring.
The floating timber vanity brings warmth to the white surfaces and helps the room feel open. Its streamlined profile and generous drawers provide concealed storage, keeping everyday essentials close at hand without adding visual clutter.
A round mirror softens the straight lines of the cabinetry and tiles, while matte black tapware creates a clear, contemporary contrast. A touch of greenery and carefully chosen accessories complete the look.
The result is a calm, functional bathroom where natural texture and considered joinery bring warmth to a clean, minimalist palette.
A quiet retreat, designed for daily living.
Bathroom renovations in Perth can stall and become difficult when design and construction are split between different contractors. At Office Fitout Professionals Residential, one team is responsible for the entire project, so what’s planned in the initial stages is what you get in the final result.
Our team is local to Perth and is made up of specialists in both design and construction. We can identify and resolve issues early on paper, instead of further down the line on site—keeping your project moving and your timeline intact.
Costs are competitive and transparent, as well as fixed before the work starts. Unless you request to expand the scope later on, you can expect to pay exactly what was agreed upon.
